Can two black bars on the sides of a Plasma Hdtv screen burn into the screen?

If your watching a movie or a tv channel and theres two bars on each side of a plasma hdtv screen, can those black bars burn into the screen?

If you were to leave that particular image on the screen for an extended period of time, there is the possibility of burn in, more so from the non-black area if it is an unchanging image (say from a PC or a music channel with the same image all the time).
